At MamaWanda, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased and delivered.
- This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at

Please provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
- We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement at our discretion.
Non-Delivery Claims
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there is still an issue, contact us at wanda@mamawanda.co.za, and we will investigate with the courier service.
